No card. No sales call. Unlimited clients on every plan. New workspaces open once verified — usually straight away.

Your week, as the software sees it.

Monday.

Three visits, a new referral, a service agreement to send. All of it on your phone, between appointments.

Wednesday.

Check in at the door. Write the progress note before you're back in the car. Log the fourteen kilometres you drove to get there.

Friday.

Every completed visit turns into an invoice. Item codes, participant number, your ABN, hours, travel — already on it. Send it and get on with your weekend.

The end of the month.

What you delivered, what you invoiced, what's still owed and who owes it. One screen, no spreadsheet.

What's in it

Clients & service agreements

Everyone you support, what you agreed to provide, and what’s changed since.

Scheduling

Your week at a glance. Recurring visits, one-offs, and who’s covering what.

Progress notes

Written on the phone, at the door, while it’s fresh.

Invoicing from completed visits

The work you did becomes the invoice you send.

Travel time and kilometres

Billable, captured on the visit, on the invoice.

NDIS-compliant invoices

Provider ABN, participant number, support dates, exact hours, item codes.

Credential reminders

Police check, WWCC, first aid, public liability. Thirty days before they expire, not thirty days after.

The NDIS price list, loaded

Current support items and price limits, ready to use.

Business reports

Delivered hours, invoiced, collected, outstanding.

The features they sell at the top, we start you on.

Care plans. Incident management. Funding plans with balance alerts. Custom forms. Client statements. Audit trails.

Across this market, that list is the top tier — the twenty-to-twenty-five-dollars-per-user plan, usually with a five-seat minimum attached, which quietly makes a solo operator's real bill a hundred dollars a month or more.

On HarvestFlow that list is A$30 a month. And the working set every sole trader actually needs — clients, agreements, scheduling, notes, unlimited invoicing, expenses, reports — is A$15 a month, for one person.

We don't take a percentage of your invoices.

The marketplaces take somewhere around a sixth of what your client pays. HarvestFlow is a flat monthly subscription, whatever you bill.

We don't charge per participant.

Take on your eleventh client. Your bill doesn't move.

Your clients stay yours.

We're software, not a marketplace. Your invoices go to your bank account, and the relationship is between you and the person you support.

Built for how care actually gets paid for in Australia.

  • Bill self-managed clients or plan managers
  • NDIS support item reference numbers on every line
  • Participant number, provider ABN, support dates and exact hours on the invoice
  • Travel time and per-kilometre lines
  • Support at Home service items with your own rates
  • Credential expiry reminders for police checks, WWCC, first aid and public liability

And what we don't do. We record hours, visits and contractor self-billing, and hand the timesheet data to your payroll system. We don't interpret the SCHADS award, and we'd rather say so than let you find out later.

Proof you were there. Proof they agreed.

GPS-stamped visits.

Check in at the door and the visit record carries the time and the place — evidence you can stand behind if a claim is ever questioned.

Signatures that hold.

Service agreements are signed by the client on their own phone, and the signature is on the PDF.

A statement the family can open.

A monthly link that shows what was delivered — fewer "what are we paying for?" phone calls.

And it works in a dead spot.

Check-ins queue offline and sync when you're back in range. Country roads are part of the job.

And when you outgrow this page.

Multiple entities. Your own branding. Single sign-on. Payroll and payables for employed staff. Self-billing for contractors. A workspace configured with you rather than by a signup form.

Same product, same data, no migration project.

Questions

What happens when my 2 free months end?

Your workspace becomes read-only — nothing is deleted. Subscribe to Basic and everything switches back on exactly where you left it.

Can I subcontract shifts on Basic?

Yes. Record them as a worker and book them against visits — no sign-in needed. If you want them capturing their own check-ins, notes and client signatures at the door, Basic includes 1 worker sign-in; add more for A$5 a month each.

Do you take a percentage of what I invoice?

No. You keep 100%. HarvestFlow is a flat monthly subscription, whatever you bill.

Do I pay more when I take on another participant?

No. Every plan includes unlimited clients.

Is there a minimum number of users?

No. One person on Basic is a completely normal customer.

Do you handle payroll?

We record hours, visits and contractor self-billing, and hand timesheet data to your payroll system — we don't interpret the SCHADS award.

Two months. Your real clients. No card.
