HarvestFlow Care compared with the alternatives
ShiftCare, Astalty and Bugal, worked through against HarvestFlow Care for a one- or two-person business. Every figure from the vendor's own page, dated.
Three products, each sold on a different shape, each worked through against this one for a business of one or two people. Every figure comes from the vendor's own published page on the date shown, and every page says where the other product is the better buy.
ShiftCare
Every plan starts at a minimum of five staff, so a sole trader pays for five seats and fills one. The arithmetic at one, two and five people.

Astalty
No minimum at all, and a cheaper seat for a support worker than for an office login — but the prices are published GST inclusive where most of this market quotes ex GST.

Bugal
A free plan that does not expire, carrying the whole core workflow and capped at two invoices a month. What happens when you outgrow that, and what a flat price per business costs at six people.

How these are written
Comparison pages are usually written by whoever benefits from the answer, and several of the "best NDIS software" lists that rank for these queries are published by vendors who put themselves first. These are ours, so read them knowing that — and hold them to the rules they are written under.
- Every competitor figure is read off that vendor's own published pricing page, never from a review site or a roundup, and the date it was read is printed on the page
- Each page is re-verified quarterly, and the date moves only when someone actually checks
- Each page says where the other product is the better buy, at length — if a comparison cannot do that, it is an advertisement
- Nothing here claims to be the cheapest. There are products in this market priced below ours, and one of them is on this list
- Our own prices come from the live rate card rather than being typed into the page, so they cannot drift from what you would actually pay

The buying guide is the better starting point. It sets out the five ways vendors in this market charge, what a one-person business actually needs, and the questions worth asking any vendor before you pay — including the free tiers two of them now publish.
