How the pricing works
- Ex GST
- Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. Your invoice adds GST on its own line.
- Per month
- Pay for one, three, six or twelve months at a time. We invoice the term, and the plan switches on when payment clears.
- Login
- A full sign-in, for you or anyone who runs the workspace with you: every contact, lead and deal.
- Rep sign-in
- A lower-priced login for a salesperson: their own contacts, leads and deals, and nothing of anyone else's unless you turn on team view — which lets them look, not change.
- Free months
- Everything in Basic, no card. When they end, the workspace goes read-only until you subscribe — nothing is deleted.
- Conversation
- One customer thread, with a reference number your customer can quote, and everything it led to — the lead, the deal, the quote, the order.
- AI reading
- What the AI makes of an email that reaches your workspace, or a chat you paste: what kind of message it is, a one-line summary, the products it names and how urgent it reads. Reading email is off until you switch it on in Workspace settings.
- AI limits
- Each kind of AI has a daily limit and a monthly allowance, set by your plan. A request is one press of an AI button; a message reading is the AI reading one email or pasted chat; an assistant turn is one answer Ask Harvi works out with the AI — its short commands do not count.

Questions
What happens when my 2 free months end?
Your workspace becomes read-only — nothing is deleted. Subscribe to Basic and everything switches back on exactly where you left it.
Does the free trial have the AI?
Yes. A free workspace has everything Basic has, the AI included, at Basic's limits.
What does a rep see?
Their own contacts, leads and deals, and the ones you route or hand to them. Nothing of a colleague's — unless you turn on team view, which lets them look but not change anything.
What happens to a rep's work when they leave?
Removing them opens a hand-over: their open leads, deals, tasks and contacts go to the colleague you pick, in one step. What they won or lost stays in their name.
Is there a per-contact fee?
No. You pay for the plan and for sign-ins, never per contact.
Can a rep import a spreadsheet?
No. The workspace owner does, with a dry run first, and can undo an import within seven days.
What does the AI read, and can I turn it off?
The email that reaches your workspace address — what you forward, and replies to emails you sent from the workspace — and any chat or call notes you paste. Names and contact details the workspace already knows are hidden first. Reading email is off until you switch it on in Workspace settings; a pasted conversation is read when you press the button. Each kind of AI has a daily limit and a monthly allowance, set by your plan.
Does the AI send anything to my customers?
No. It drafts; a person reads the draft and presses Send, and the timeline marks the email as drafted by AI. Nothing the AI writes goes to a customer by itself.
What happens when I reach an AI limit?
The button says so, and that kind of AI stops until it resets: a day limit the next day, a month allowance on the first of the month. Everything else keeps working. The workspace owner sees what has been used in Workspace settings. Pro raises the limits — the figures are on this page.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your workspace becomes read-only — nothing is deleted. You can still see and export your records, and reactivating turns everything back on.
Can I move down a plan?
Plans upgrade, not downgrade. If a plan no longer fits, let it lapse at the end of the term and come back on the plan that does — your data stays where it is.
Is GST included?
Prices are shown ex GST. Your invoice will show GST separately.
How do I pay?
You request a subscription in-app, we issue an invoice with our bank details, and your plan activates when the transfer clears.
